FAQ

1.Radio can’t be turn on ?

1.1 Please check the diagram label and find the radio voltage : 12V. to confirm it’s working correct.
1.2 Replace the same type of insurance to test the car radio again.
Caution: Please confirm our car unit power cables fixing right car model. Don’t insert the original car plug directly into our machine.

2. the monitor show "No Signal" when backing the car.
Please check carefully the camera cable, connect properly, cable looks good ,no broken.
Caution: The camera cable writing “ CAM IN”.

3. monitor showing "Can't watch video while driving" when videos starts.
Please turn off the "Video Warning" function in the settings, then will be OK.

4. Unit can't search FM.
4.1: check radio antenna fix well;
4.2: Go to another place to check again, maybe current area signal interrupted.

5. Phone can't connect the Bluetooth of car radio?
Enter BT setting menu in the unit, press search, and find your phone name and press. Press 0000 when phone showing Password to enter.
